Affiliate & Influencer Policy

This Affiliate & Influencer Policy (“Policy”) governs participation in the Smart Learning X Referral / Commission Program, operated by Growth Guide (Dinesh Kumar Consulting Private Limited), India.

1. Purpose of the Program

The program allows influencers, teachers, parenting creators, educators, and referral partners to promote Smart Learning X and earn commissions on successful sales generated through their unique referral link or code.

2. Nature of Relationship

This is a commission-based promotional partnership only. It does not create an employment, agency, or salary relationship. No fixed or upfront payment is guaranteed.

3. Referral Tracking

Sales are tracked using unique referral links, codes, cookies, or Local Storage. The referral tracking period may be up to 30 days. Only successfully completed and paid transactions are eligible for commission.

4. Commission Structure

  • Commission rates may vary by Partner, campaign, or promotion.
  • The applicable commission rate will be communicated through the affiliate program dashboard.
  • Growth Guide may change commission rates for future transactions.

5. Payout Terms

Approved commissions are paid according to the applicable payout schedule via supported payment methods (e.g., UPI, bank transfer). We may withhold or reverse commissions in cases of fraud, refund abuse, or policy violations.

6. Partner Responsibilities

Partners must:

  • Share honest and accurate information about Smart Learning X;
  • Avoid false, misleading, or unsupported claims;
  • Not promise specific learning outcomes, IQ improvement, or academic performance;
  • Disclose affiliate/promotional relationships where required;
  • Follow applicable advertising, social media, and platform guidelines.

7. Prohibited Activities

Partners must NOT:

  • Mislead customers or make fake claims;
  • Run unauthorized paid ads using the Smart Learning X or Growth Guide brand;
  • Spam referral links;
  • Offer unauthorized discounts or incentives;
  • Impersonate Growth Guide or Smart Learning X.

8. Content Usage Rights

By voluntarily providing promotional content featuring Smart Learning X to Growth Guide, the Partner permits Growth Guide to repost or use that content for marketing purposes with credit where reasonably practicable.

9. Refunds & Commission Reversal

If a referred order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, or otherwise becomes ineligible, the related commission will be reversed or deducted from future payouts where applicable.

10. Termination & Changes

Growth Guide may suspend or terminate participation for policy violations, fraud, misuse, or other inappropriate activity. Partners may leave the program at any time by written notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

Participation does not guarantee any particular level of income or sales. Growth Guide is not responsible for loss of expected income caused by platform changes, technical issues, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

12. Governing Law & Contact

This Policy is governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
