Affiliate / Influencer Policy

This Affiliate & Influencer Policy (“Policy”) governs participation in the Smart Learning X Referral / Commission Program, operated by Growth Guide (Dinesh Kumar Consulting Private Limited), India.

1. Purpose of the Program

The program allows influencers, teachers, parenting creators, and referral partners to promote Smart Learning X and earn a commission on successful sales generated through their unique referral link or code.

2. Nature of Relationship

This is a commission-based promotional partnership only. It does NOT create an employment, agency, or salary relationship. No fixed or upfront payment is guaranteed.

3. Referral Tracking Method

Sales are tracked using Unique referral links, codes, or system-recorded metadata. Only successfully completed and paid transactions are counted as valid referrals.

Payouts are processed weekly (or as communicated) via UPI/Bank Transfer. We reserve the right to withhold payout in case of fraudulent activity, policy violation, or refund abuse.

6. Partner Responsibilities

Partners must share honest/accurate info, avoid false promises (e.g., IQ increase), use approved creatives, and follow social media guidelines.

7. Prohibited Activities

Partners must NOT:

• Mislead parents or make fake claims
• Run unauthorized paid ads using our brand name
• Spam links in groups or messages
• Offer unauthorized discounts
• Impersonate the company

Violation may lead to immediate removal and cancellation of unpaid commissions.

8. Content Usage Rights

By promoting Smart Learning X, you grant us permission to repost your content on social media, use it in ads/testimonials, and display it for marketing, with credit where reasonable.

9. Refunds & Commission Reversal

If a referred order is refunded, charged back, or cancelled, the related commission becomes invalid and may be reversed or deducted from future payouts.

10. Termination

We may suspend/terminate a Partner for policy violations, fraud, or inactivity. Partners may also leave the program anytime by written notice.

11. Changes to Policy

We may update commission percentages, tracking methods, or rules. Updates will be communicated or posted with a new date.

12. Limitation of Liability

The company is not liable for loss of income expectations, platform algorithm changes, or technical tracking failures. Earnings are performance-based.

13. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Uttar Pradesh courts.
