This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Learning X – Digital Intelligence Book (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when parents, guardians, and children use our web application and services.

1. Nature of the Product

Smart Learning X is a web-based interactive learning application designed for children aged 2–6 years, where children can tap images, hear sounds, interact with learning activities, and learn through play.

Note: The product is digital only. No physical book, device, or other physical product is shipped.

2. Who Uses the App

  • The purchase and account/access-related activities are intended for parents or legal guardians.
  • Children use the learning interface under parental or guardian supervision.
  • We design the app to minimize data collection, especially information that could identify children.
  • Children are not required to create an independent personal account to use the core learning experience.

3. Information We Collect

a) Information from Parents

During purchase, account/access management, or support interactions, we may collect:

  • Parent or guardian name
  • Email address
  • Phone number, where provided
  • Payment-related transaction information
  • Transaction ID
  • Purchase amount and payment status
  • Referral or influencer/affiliate code, where applicable
  • Information voluntarily provided when contacting customer support

We do NOT store card, UPI PIN, banking password, or other sensitive payment credentials. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay or other payment partners. These providers may process payment information according to their own privacy policies.

b) Information about Children

We intentionally minimize the collection of personal information relating to children. We do NOT intentionally collect:

  • Child's name
  • Photos or videos
  • Precise location data
  • Contacts
  • Device files
  • Social media information

Children access the learning experience through the access mechanism provided to the purchasing parent or guardian.

c) Voice and Audio Features

Some Smart Learning X activities may use voice-based functionality to make learning more interactive. We do not intentionally store children's voice recordings as part of the Smart Learning X service. Where browser or third-party voice technology is used, processing may also be subject to the privacy practices of the relevant browser, device, or technology provider.

d) Basic Technical Data

For app functionality and service improvement, we may collect limited technical information such as:

  • Device type
  • Browser type
  • Operating system or basic technical information
  • Anonymous or aggregated usage analytics
  • Error and performance information

4. How We Use the Information

We use collected information only to:

  • Provide access to Smart Learning X
  • Process and confirm payments
  • Generate invoices and maintain accounting records
  • Send access details and support messages
  • Track legitimate referrals and influencer/affiliate commissions
  • Maintain application security
  • Improve the learning experience and app performance
  • Resolve technical or customer-support issues
  • Comply with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory requirements

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties. We do not use children's personal information for targeted advertising.

5. Payments & Third-Party Services

Payments are securely processed through Razorpay and other supported payment partners where applicable.

Smart Learning X does not intentionally store full card details, CVV, UPI PIN, banking passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials.

6. Cookies & Referral Tracking

We may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to remember referral links, maintain session access, support functionality, and understand usage.

Referral and Affiliate Tracking: If you access Smart Learning X through an affiliate or referral link, we may store the referral code in your browser for up to 30 days. Affiliate partners do not receive access to your payment credentials or your child's personal information.

7. Children's Privacy Protection

Protecting children is extremely important to us. We design Smart Learning X to minimize the collection of personal information from children.

  • We do not intentionally collect personal identifying information directly from children.
  • The app should be used under parental or guardian supervision.
  • We do not sell children's personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards to protect information, including secure HTTPS encryption, restricted internal access, and trusted cloud providers. However, no internet-based system is completely secure.

9. Data Sharing

We share information only when reasonably necessary to provide and operate Smart Learning X (e.g., Payment processors, hosting providers, or legal authorities where required by law).

10. Data Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, unless a longer retention period is required by law (e.g., tax records).

11. Parent Rights

Subject to applicable law, parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information by contacting us.

12. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
