This Privacy Policy explains how Smart Learning X – Digital Intelligence Book (“we”, “our”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when parents and children use our web application and services.

1. Nature of the Product

Smart Learning X is a web-based interactive learning application for children aged 2–6 years where children tap images, sounds play instantly, and learning happens through play.

2. Who Uses the App

• The purchase and account access are intended for parents or guardians.
• Children use the learning interface under parental supervision.

We design the app to minimize data collection, especially for children.

3. Information We Collect

a) Information from Parents (during purchase or support)

We may collect:

• Parent name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Payment confirmation details (Transaction ID)
• Referral or influencer code

👉 We do NOT store card, UPI, or bank details. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay or other payment partners.

b) Information about Children

We intentionally avoid collecting personal child data. We do NOT collect:

• Child name
• Photos or videos
• Voice recordings
• Location data
• Contacts or device files

Children access content using a generated access code only.

c) Basic Technical Data

For app functionality, we may collect limited technical information such as Device type, Browser type, and Anonymous usage analytics to improve service quality.

4. How We Use the Information

We use collected information only to:

• Provide access to Smart Learning X
• Process payments and generate invoices
• Send access details and support messages
• Track referrals for influencer commissions
• Improve learning experience and app performance
• Comply with legal and tax requirements

We do not sell or rent personal data to third parties.

5. Payments & Third-Party Services

Payments are securely handled by Razorpay (India and supported regions). These providers may collect payment information according to their own privacy policies. We only receive transaction confirmation, not sensitive payment details.

6. Cookies & Referral Tracking

We may use cookies or local storage to remember referral links, maintain session access, and improve app performance. This tracking is functional only, not behavioral advertising. Parents can clear cookies anytime via browser settings.

7. Children’s Privacy Protection

Protecting children is extremely important to us.

• We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
• The app must be used under parental supervision.
• If any child data is accidentally shared, parents may contact us for immediate deletion.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards such as Secure HTTPS encryption, Restricted internal access, and Trusted cloud hosting providers. However, no internet system is 100% secure, so users should also take normal precautions.

9. Data Sharing

We share data only when necessary with Payment processors (for transactions) and Legal authorities (if required by law). We never sell personal information.

10. Data Retention

We keep minimal records. Transaction data is kept for accounting & GST compliance. Support messages are kept for service quality. Data is retained only as long as legally required.

11. Parent Rights

Parents may request access to their stored information, correction of incorrect data, or deletion of personal data (subject to legal limits). Requests can be sent to the contact email below.

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted here with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app means acceptance of the updated policy.
